DivorcedThirties: About Me
I feel it is important for this blog that the people reading it (if any) should understand who I am. I think that knowing the background of the person may help, or completely hinder, the possibility of understanding or connecting to the blog. SO a little about me:
At the time of this blog, I am a 32-year-old white male from San Diego, CA. My mom was born and raised in Italy and my father a "white boy" from southern California. My parents are still married (36 years), of course with some troubles along the way but pushed through. My older sister is married with 2 kids. All live within 15 minutes of each other, as well as the other 50 extended family members I have. Yes, I have a huge family, and they are the best, and my everything.
I am educated. I went to a very pristine private high school, and then to a 4 year highly rated University to study business, and i played baseball for them as well (I was recruited). I played a little independent baseball and Pro overseas, and then came back home to work in the family business.
I have a had a PHENOMENAL life, and continue to. I have been very lucky and blessed, and i think it is important to note that none of this blog will ever complain about my life.
I got married at 30 to someone I love, and life was amazing. We got divorced 11 months later, and my life turned upside down. 2 years later, here I am to try to continue to work through it. Let's see where this get's us!
